The Weird Weeds are from Austin, TX but have roots in Louisville,
Nashville, and Toronto. A common love of interesting and unusual sounds brings together four seemingly incompatible musical personalities for a surprisingly unified and singular musical vision. Incorporating influences as varied as folk, modern composition, pre-war blues, free improvisation, and heavy metal, the band plays music that defies all categorization.
