1st Ave Machine is a New York city based CGI VFX/Animation studio and production company working in the advertising, broadcast, music video and feature film industries. 1st Ave Machine creates high end design work by employing 3D in ways that blur the line between what we perceive as real and impossible.

The name 310k is a combination of Ivo’s ‘electronic live-band’ and artist collective 3-1 and Paul’s Ok, which was short for Ocktak (the name of his design studio). We joined forces in 2000 after we found out we both loved graphic + web design, video, music, snowboarding, chocolate and organizing events. William Hundley was born in St. Paul, MN, earned a BFA in Studio Art from SWT, and now lives and works in Austin, TX. Hundley is a painter by training, and is formerly one half of the group Industry of Light. His video works mix intensely glitchy After Effects editing techniques with painterly textures and often focus on human physical movement.
