DJ /rupture
Tigerbeat6, Soul Jazz
Barcelona / NYC

You won’t find another musician as agile and reckless as DJ /rupture. He’s performed in over 25 countries, released records on Soul Jazz & Tigerbeat6, done two John Peel Sessions, and was turntable soloist with the 80-member Barcelona Symphony Orchestra.

Rupture's sound is that of a border-crossing bass visionary. His dynamic DJ sets simultaneously partyrock and suggest complex political undertones. His highly-influential Gold Teeth Thief mix from 2001 was praised by VIBE Magazine a... More >>

Austin, TX

OCELOT is Cory Kilduff of Austin, TX and James Welsh of Leeds, England. Both were programmers and knob twisters in the hardcore band, The Rise. In between relentless writing sessions for the second Rise record, they started to work on a new body of heavy electronic music with a distinctly different and more dance-oriented sound. When The Rise came to an end, the boys were still flooded with remix requests and even asked to play shows. Thus, Ocelot was born.

Their music is stylistically diverse, but has its roots in electronic pop and dance music.

DJ Cal Cutta & Sriracha
Austin, TX

DJ Sriracha (Gabriel Frampton, Belton, TX) has been collecting electronic music for well over a decade, all due to a long-ago roommate who played Autechre for him. Needless to say, after a steady diet of Britpop he was instantly hooked and never looked back. It has only been in the past few years that he has used his massive collection of electronic vinyl for DJing, rather than just for listening. At home, he likes to mix IDM artists like Autechre, Aphex Twin, Team Doyobi, Richard Devine and ... More >>

My father is a sculptor and art teacher. I have always loved science fiction. I don't know why I decided to go to film school at TCU in Fort Worth. I started to work with small gage film and other projections as accompaniment to 'space rock'. In 1997, I moved to Denton, touring that year with Mazinga Phaser, and starting work with Sub Oslo. I also worked in video, and was featured by the Good/Bad art collective.
